如果蛋白上有信號表示該蛋白質應該留在內(nèi)質網(wǎng),高爾基體就會形成另外一種小囊泡,把蛋白送回到ER。高爾基體就是這樣通過閱讀蛋白質上的信息把蛋白運送到“收貨人”手中。高爾基體物流中心的功能還不止是這些,它還會對運輸?shù)呢浳?mdash;—蛋白質進行加工,這個加工過程就是把各種寡糖鏈連接到蛋白上,這個過程稱為糖基化,而這種糖基化是蛋白zui終可以執(zhí)行各種功能的保證。糙面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)(rough endolasmic reticulum, RER)是多呈排列極為整齊的扁平膜囊狀的核糖體和內(nèi)質網(wǎng)共同構成的復合機能結構,與細胞核的外層膜相連通。糙面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)的功能是合成蛋白質大分子,并把它從細胞輸送出去或在細胞內(nèi)轉運到其他部位。凡蛋白質合成旺盛的細胞,糙面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)便發(fā)達。在神經(jīng)細胞中,糙面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)的發(fā)達與記憶有關。糙面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)(ergastolasm),也稱為粗面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)或顆粒型內(nèi)質網(wǎng),是指腺細胞和生長中的卵母細胞等的固定材料,在光學顯微鏡下呈線狀、層狀,可被堿性染料充分染色的為C.Garnier()稱之為細胞質的部分。后來證明其嗜堿性是由于RNA的存在所決定的。尤其由于電子顯微鏡的發(fā)展,顯示該部分富有粗面內(nèi)質網(wǎng),并了解到RNA的存在是由內(nèi)質網(wǎng)上的核糖體決定的。從而肯定了粗面內(nèi)質網(wǎng)是細胞內(nèi)蛋白質的生物合成場所這一假想。內(nèi)質網(wǎng)(ER,Endolasmic Reticulum),細胞質內(nèi)由膜組成的一系列片狀的囊腔和管狀的腔,彼此相通形成一個隔離于細胞基質的管道系統(tǒng),為細胞中的重要細胞器。
