間日瘧疾抗體試劑盒本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。

人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感，感染后雖有一定的免疫力，但不持久，各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性，經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后，再感染時癥狀可較輕，甚至無癥狀，而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染，且癥狀較重。

6 請遵循相關(guān)法規(guī)，妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。

7 存儲條件：2-30℃；

患者如與牛、馬、羊等有頻繁接觸的農(nóng)牧民、工作與帶芽胞塵埃環(huán)境中的皮毛接觸，皮革加工廠的工人等，對本病診斷有重要參考價值。皮膚炭疽具一定特征性，一般不難作出診斷。確診有賴于各種分泌物、排泄物、血、腦脊液等的涂片檢查和培養(yǎng)。涂片檢查zui簡便，如找到典型而具莢膜的大桿菌，則診斷即可基本成立。熒光抗體染色、串珠濕片檢查、特異噬菌體試驗、動物接種等可進一步確立診斷。
皮膚炭疽須與癰、蜂窩織炎、恙蟲病的焦痂、兔熱病的潰瘍等相鑒別。肺炭疽需與各種肺炎、肺鼠疫相鑒別。腸炭疽需與急性菌痢及急腹癥相鑒別。腦膜炎型炭疽和敗血癥型炭疽應(yīng)與各種腦膜炎、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血和敗血癥相鑒別。鼠疫是鼠疫桿菌借鼠蚤傳播為主的烈性傳染病，系廣泛流行于野生嚙齒動物間的一種自然疫源性疾病。臨床上表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱、嚴重毒血癥癥狀、淋巴結(jié)腫大、肺炎、出血傾向等。鼠疫在世界歷*曾有多次大流行，死者以千萬計，我國在解放前也曾發(fā)生多次流行，病死率*。（1）輕型有不規(guī)則低熱，全身癥狀輕微，局部淋巴結(jié)腫痛，偶可化膿，無出血現(xiàn)象，多見于流行初、末期或預(yù)防接種者。
（2）腺型zui多見，常發(fā)生于流行初期。急起寒戰(zhàn)、高熱、頭痛、乏力、全身酸痛偶有惡心、嘔吐、煩躁不安、皮膚淤斑、出血。發(fā)病時即可見蚤叮咬處引流區(qū)淋巴結(jié)腫痛，發(fā)展迅速，第2～4天達高峰。腹股溝淋巴結(jié)zui常受累，其次為腋下、頸部及頜下。由于淋巴結(jié)及周圍組織炎癥劇烈，使呈強迫體位。如不及時治療，腫大的淋巴結(jié)迅速化膿、破潰、于3～5天內(nèi)因嚴重毒血癥、繼發(fā)肺炎或敗血癥死亡。治療及時或病情輕緩者腺腫逐漸消散或傷口愈合而康復(fù)。
（3）肺型可原發(fā)或繼發(fā)于腺型，多見于流行高峰。肺鼠疫發(fā)展迅猛，急起高熱，全身中毒癥狀明顯，發(fā)病數(shù)小時后出現(xiàn)胸痛、咳嗽、咳痰，痰由少量迅速轉(zhuǎn)為大量鮮紅色血痰。呼吸困難與發(fā)紺迅速加重。肺部可以聞及濕性啰音，呼吸音減低，體征與癥狀常不相稱。未經(jīng)及時搶救者多于2～3天內(nèi)死于心力衰竭、休克。臨終前高度發(fā)紺，皮膚常呈黑紫色，故有黑死病之稱。
