2. purpose of research
RNA-Seq research shows that a variety of fish species such as giant salamander, Qinghai Lake naked fish, turbot was Aeromonas hydrophila infection, the structure and function of immune related gene expression changes. In order to study from grass carp Aeromonas infection, immune response mechanism in the development of grass carp, Ocean University of China, Key Laboratory of aquatic resources and utilization of the party on the flying cloud infection before and after different time grass carp spleen by transcriptome sequencing.
3. research methods
The grass carp research sample collected from Jiangsu Wujiang state farms, breeding in circulating water with high k * * sterilization, three times a day feeding.
