Positive (+): Only a fuchsine band appeared in the control zone (C) and no fuchsin band appeared in the test zone (T). Positive results indicate that the coffee tone in urine is above the threshold (6 ug / ml).
Negative (-): Two purplish bands appear. One is in the test zone (T) and the other is in the control zone (C). Negative results indicate that the coffee tone in urine is below the threshold (6 ug / ml)
Invalid: The control zone (C) does not show fuchsia bands, indicating improper operation or deterioration of the kit. In any case, should be retested. If the problem persists, discontinue use of this lot and contact your local supplier immediay.
Note: The purplish red band in the test area (T) shows the color shades. However, within the specified observation time, regardless of the color depth of the ribbon, even very weak ribbons should be judged as negative results.
